Larox is the developer of the process solutions of fluid-solid separation and a worldwide supplier. Larox helps its customers among other things to save energy and to reduce emissions.

On the global market it is important for us that there are no obstacles in the information flow. The introduction of Vineyard has been absolutely one of the most successful IT-project we've had. One of the main reasons for that is the chemistry between people participating in it. The people at Vineyard know how to listen, which is not always the case in the field. The product itself is, of course, good also.

 

eQ Pankki, Pekka Virtanen

eQ Pankki is a Finnish full-service investment bank. It offers and develops effective and customer-oriented banking and investment services for demanding customers.

After becoming the full service investment bank, our cooperation with Vineyard has expanded all the time and they have responded to our wishes. Vineyard feeds systems like a nesting bird: after the work has been done, it is the harvest time. I respect the fact that we have met the schedules as we have agreed, for better and for worse.

 

Etera, Leena Lojander

Etera is a mutual employment pension insurance company. In 2005 its premium income was more than 670 million Euros

The employee pension insurances have been in the transitional stage lately and the types of insurance have become more complex. In the tightening, competitive marketplace a good general view must be obtained from the customer base. In this Vineyard is an efficient help.

 

Nokian Renkaat, Kari–Pekka Laaksonen

Nokian Renkaat operates on the growing market and concentrates on tires and services, which give the customers of northern circumstances lasting surplus value. In 2006 the turnover of the corporate was 835,9 million Euros and it employed more than 3200 people.

Vineyard supports our growth. The tool is particularly welcomed in our new market areas such as Ukraine and Kazakhstan where they have not had the shared tools for the customer data management. Also in Russia we expected Vineyard to greatly benefit the development of the country-specific operations. But the information also goes the other way round: It is extremely important for the whole organization to be able to use Russia's customer data.
